We specialize in personalized design and am delighted to create something that’s truly one of a kind!

You can find sizing details for each word under the product descriptions. For custom orders the exact dimensions vary based on the what letters are used and how many letters are in a word.

Generally, “tall” letters and capitals are about 4-5 inches and “small" letters are about 2 inches in height. Length will vary based on the number of letters in the word.

Tall letters include: B, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, P, Q, Y, Z

Small letters include: A, C, E, I, M, N, O, R, S, U, V, W, X

Our products are lightweight and can be hung easily with the small nails provided with each word order or propped up on a shelf. We recommend placing the nails at each end of the word – one for the first letter and one for the last. If you prefer not to use nails, adhesive hooks or clear thumbtacks work too!

Turn around time is typically 7-10 days; however, it may be extended up to 2 weeks during peak holiday times. We will clearly state any changes on our website and socials.

Please note the turn around time does not include shipping time. First class mail usually takes 2-5 days. Mail upgrades are available at checkout.

If you receive your order and have a problem please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can resolve matters as quickly as possible.

We are firm believers you don’t have to sacrifice style to be sustainable! We use all natural cotton yarn and steel wire. (Did you know steel is the most recycled metal in the world?!) Additionally, you won't find any plastic in our packaging. From the shipping box to kraft paper and paper products inside - it's all recyclable. We are proud to use recyclable materials and leave the world a little better for future generations!

We’ve also partnered with the nonprofit, One Tree Planted, a nonprofit committed to global reforestation, to help make a positive impact for future generations
